U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Charles David Costanza, the commanding general of V Corps, recognize soldiers from the 1st Battalion, 77th Field Artillery Regiment, 41st Field Artillery Brigade for their dedication during a live-fire evaluation exercise at the Grafenwoehr Training Area, Grafenwoehr, Germany, on February 3, 2025. During his visit, Costanza presented the soldiers with a commemorative coin and toured the training area. The exercise evaluation, directed by the 77th Field Artillery Command and U.S. Army Europe and Africa, focused on brigade fire exercises in the European Theater, emphasizing realistic scenarios and assessing how soldiers respond to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear threats, as well as convoy attack.
