U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Juan Payopay, training clerk, Marine Corps Base Camp Blaz, performs pull-ups during a unit physical training event on MCB Camp Blaz, Guam, Jan. 29, 2025. Marines and Sailors participated in a 3 mile back to front sprint, ab circuit, and conducted 200 pull-ups as a team to enhance unit cohesion and to promote physical fitness through competition.
