Staff Sgt. John Price, 437th Maintenance Squadron non-destructive inspector, sprays dye on a horseshoe shaped collar March 8, 2013, at Joint Base Charleston – Air Base, S.C. After the dye dries, the part is placed under black lights to reveal cracks or flaws in the metal.
