Criminal analysts, civil operators, and a public affairs specialist within the D.C. National Guard Counterdrug Program are coined by Maj. Gen. John C. Andonie, Commanding General (Interim) of the D.C. National Guard, at the D.C. Armory, on Feb. 4, 2025. Soldier and Airmen were recongized for their respective efforts with Drug Demand Reduction Outreach (DDRO), the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in drug prevention and interdiction support activities to help deter and reduce drug abuse.
