U.S. Airmen assigned to the 86th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, train U.S. Army service members on litter commands during the 68T Army Symposium annual training at Ramstein Air Base, Germany, Feb. 5, 2025. The symposium took place from Feb. 3-7, 2025. This was the first symposium that incorporated the Critical Care Air Transport Team, 86th AES and animal care specialists, providing familiarity for the service members on the entire continuum of care for a military working dog.
