Kirsten Smith, Director of the Center for Enabling Capabilities, Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, speaks in the beginning of a performance nutrition seminar held at WRAIR in Silver Spring, Maryland, February 7, 2025. The seminar was given by Dr. Jonathan Scott, Associate Professor at the School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University. Dr. Scott spoke and answered questions about different aspects of performance nutrition, such as macronutrients, adequate daily hydration, and portion sizes, as well as building healthy eating habits in the workplace environment.
