Valéry Lienard. Godfather of U.S. Army Garrison Benelux employee Patrick Livémont, was a member of the Belgian Secret Army and served with the 15th Fusilier Battalion that was attached to the U.S. Army 9th Infantry Division during World War II. Livémont has worked at Chièvres Air Base, Belgium for more than 25 years and is an avid World War II researcher.
