Pennsylvania National Guard leadership, colleagues and friends gathered Feb. 7 as U.S. Army Col. John C. Gwinn was pinned by his wife, Danyelle, in a promotion ceremony at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. Gwinn began his Army career as an enlisted Soldier and commissioned as a field artillery officer in 2001. He currently serves as the Senior Regular Army Advisor to the Guard for Pennsylvania.
