PORT LOUIS, Mauritius (Feb. 11, 2025) – Members of the Seychelles Coast Guard and Mozambique Navy prepare gear for visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) training during Exercise Cutlass Express 2025 (CE 25) in Port Louis, Mauritius, Feb. 11, 2025.
