Marc Williams, deputy commander, Navy Closure Task Force-Red Hill (NCTF-RH), speaks to U.S. House Appropriations Committee office staffers about NCTF-RH water resiliency, redundancy, and security initiatives for the Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam water system during a site visit to the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (RHBFSF) in Halawa, Hawaii, Jan. 29, 2025.
