Fellows of Comprehensive Security Cooperation course (CSC 25-1) participate in an event called Cooperation Cafe at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS), in Honolulu, Hawaii, Feb. 12, 2025. Cooperation Café gives Fellows topics of global importance to discuss in an informal setting. Over the course of several sessions, Fellows have the opportunity share their thoughts and experiences on important regional issues such as policies, strategies, disruptive technology, and more. DKI APCSS is a U.S. Department of Defense institute that addresses regional and global security issues, inviting military and civilian representatives of the United States and Asia-Pacific nations to its comprehensive program of executive education and workshops, both in Hawaii and throughout the Indo-Pacific region.
