U.S. Air Force Capt. Jordan Wesemann, KC-135 Stratotanker copilot assigned to the 909th Air Refueling Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, communicates with his pilot over the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command area of responsibility, Feb. 11, 2025, during a mission to support exercise Cope North 2025. The KC-135 provides the core aerial refueling capability for the U.S. Air Force and has performed this role for over 50 years. It provides aerial refueling to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and allied nation aircraft during CN25 to support exercise operations.
