Cimicata, left, Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific/Task Force 73 (COMLOG WESTPAC), presents the award of the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal to Lt. Cmdr. Max Cutchen, assigned to COMLOG WESTPAC, during an awards ceremony on Sembawang Naval Installation, Feb. 13, 2025.
