A U.S. Army soldier with the East Africa Response Force (EARF), assigned to Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and a Tanzania People’s Defense Force (TPDF) service member advance to their position after neutralizing an enemy opposition during the culminating field training exercise of exercise Justified Accord 2025 (JA25), at the Msata Military Training Base in Msata, Tanzania, Feb. 15, 2025.
