    U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wilmington District Commander Col. Brad Morgan conducts a site visit to review USACE debris removal and management activities in Western North Carolina, Feb. 22, 2025.

    Through coordination with the Federal Emergency Management Agency and local agencies, USACE is removing, reducing and disposing of right-of-way and waterway debris to eliminate hazards that pose a potential threat to lives, public health and safety.
