The trickle-charged solar jump box was built by Cleveland, Ga., native Lance Cpl. Jacob A. Taylor, an electric equipment repair specialist with Maintenance Platoon, Combat Logistics Company, Combat Logistics Regiment 2, to make jump-starting equipment and vehicles easier and safer.
