U.S. Marines with India Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, grab gear prior to the rappel tower training event at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Feb. 21, 2025. The rappel tower provides opportunities for the new Marines to gain confidence in themselves and their gear and is one of the last training events Marines will conduct while at MCRD San Diego.
