    250212-N-TD381-1228 PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 12, 2025) Naval Air Crewman (Mechanical) 1st Class Cesar Aucay, of Palm Coast, Fla., stands as the safety observer during the landing of a CMV-22B Osprey, assigned to the “Titans” of Fleet Logistics Multi-Mission Squadron (VRM) 30, during Pacific Steller 2025, Feb. 12. Pacific Steller, hosted by the French Navy, is designed to advance interoperability between French, Japanese and U.S. navies while simultaneously demonstrating the U.S. Navy’s capabilities in multi-domain operations, promoting dedication to regional stability, and highlighting enduring power projection capabilities.
