Pacific Steller, hosted by the French Navy, is designed to advance interoperability between French, Japanese and U.S. navies while simultaneously demonstrating the U.S. Navy’s capabilities in multi-domain operations, promoting dedication to regional stability, and highlighting enduring power projection capabilities.
