I district employee was concerned they were on the roof without proper fall protection and reported it to the safety manager. USACE’s Corps of Engineers Safety and Occupational Health Management Systems (CE-SOHMS) makes safety the responsibility of every employee. Recognizing a safety hazard and reporting it is evidence the program works.
