U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Gustavo Valdivia, a California native and an engineer equipment operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 22, operates a Tram 624 KR to repair a road during a foreign humanitarian assistance training mission at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, Feb. 22, 2025. As the command element of a Marine Air-Ground Task Force, the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit completed a certification exercise, conducted by Expeditionary Operations Training Group, to prepare for a diverse range of potential future missions, including personnel recovery, embassy reinforcement, foreign humanitarian assistance, and non-combatant evacuation operations.
