James Waters, Commander, Navy Recruiting Command, speaks with educators and distinguished visitors during an Educators Orientation Visit (EOV) onboard Naval Base Point Loma, Feb. 26, 2025. The EOV is a Navy Recruiting Command program with the focus of showing educators the various facets of the Navy and the many career paths available to students. Navy Recruiting Command consists of a command headquarters, two Navy Recruiting Regions, Navy Recruiting Reserve Command, and 26 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 1,000 recruiting stations around the world.
