U.S. Marine Corps Drill Instructor Staff Sgt. Tadarrius Poe with Mike Company, 3rd Recruit Training Battalion, presents the company guidon for Mike Company, during India Company, 3rd Recruit training Battalions’ company motivational run at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, California, Feb. 27, 2025. The company motivational run is a three-mile cadence run conducted around the Depot and is the last physical training event the Marines will conduct before the graduate from MCRD San Diego.
