An Armed Forces of the Philippines service member clears a floor on a gas and oil platform during a joint combined exchange training (JCET) event with U.S. Naval Special Warfare (NSW) operators in El Nido, Philippines, March 1, 2025. JCET events are designed to enhance bilateral relations, promote regional stability, and improve interoperability with allies and partners.
