VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (March 4, 2025) – Pilots and aircrew assigned to Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 34 were recognized by Virginia Beach Police Department Chief of Police Paul Neudigate at the Virginia Beach Police Department Building on March 4. The Sailors were recognized for performing a flyover formation in honor of two fallen Virginia Beach Police officers. VFA-34, located on Naval Air Station Oceana in Virginia Beach, supported a flyover on March 1, as a gesture of respect and solidarity with the community they represent.
