Patrick Pichizaca, a supply chain and material management specialist with Combat Logistics Battalion 4, Combat Logistics Regiment 3, 3rd Marine Logistics Group, grabs onto a tree branch in search for his next checkpoint as part of land navigation training during the Korean Marine Exchange Program (KMEP) 25.1 at U.S. Army Garrison Casey, South Korea, on March 1, 2025. Land navigation training enables Marines to operate effectively in diverse environments. The KMEP is a semi-annual exercise that provides iterative opportunities for ROK Marine Corps and U.S. Marine Corps units to train together, improving their combined capabilities to deter threats and maintain peace on the Korean Peninsula.
