U.S. Air Force Airmen assigned to the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, perform in-flight medical care to simulated patients onto a C-130J Super Hercules aircraft assigned to the 130th Airlift Squadron West Virginia Air National Guard during an Operation Blue Horizon evacuation flight over Florida, Feb. 27, 2025.
