Flags stand tall just before the groundbreaking ceremony for a new Army Reserve center in Bay County, Fla., March 16. Included are the U.S. colors, Florida state flag, 81st RSC flag and the flag of the Army Reserve Ambassadors. The event was hosted by Army Reserve Amb. Johnny Dwiggins from North Carolina. The new facility will include a 17,769 square feet training building, a 4,627 square feet maintenance building and a 458 square feet storage building on 10.3 acres of land at a cost just over $6 million.
