During a site visit to Hotel Pier on Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, Capt. Mike Williamson, commanding officer NAVFAC HI, takes a zodiac ride with Equipment Operator 1st Class James McVicar and Builder Second Class Khiaro Promise, from Underwater Construction Team Two. UCT Two's Construction Dive Detachment ALFA is working on Hotel Pier during their six-month deployment across the Pacific, taking them to Pearl Harbor, Timor-leste, South Korea and the Marshall Islands.
