NEWPORT, R.I. — Tanzania Navy Lt. Cmdr. Alfred Hagila, a student attending the U.S. Naval War College (NWC), gives a presentation on the land, culture and history of the United Republic of Tanzania onboard Naval Station Newport, March 10, 2025.
