Soldiers from the 2nd Battalion, 130th Infantry Regiment, spent Veterans Day at Fort Knox, Kentucky, November 11, 2024, training to deploy to the Central Command Area of Responsibility. The unit practiced infantry tactics as part of its "Road to War" training. The soldiers are scheduled to return to their families to celebrate Thanksgiving and Christmas before deploying in the first quarter of 2025.
