ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam (March 9, 2025) – Aviation Electrician’s Mate 2nd Class (AE2) Armando Francomendoza and LT Jacob Duncan, assigned to Commander, Task Force 72, Patrol Squadron (VP) 16 “War Eagles”, conduct preflight safety checks on a P-8A Poseidon during Exercise Sea Dragon 2025. Sea Dragon is a U.S.-led, multinational exercise focused on anti-submarine warfare tactics, enhancing interoperability among participating forces. Now in its seventh year, Sea Dragon 25 brings together Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft (MPRA) communities from the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), Indian Navy (IN), Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), Republic of Korea Navy (ROKN), and the United States Navy to address maritime security challenges in the Indo-Pacific region.
