Members of Fort Sill Fire assist community partners in transferring an injured soldier to a stretcher during a joint training exercise. 1-78th FA BN, 428th BDE and both Fort Sill and Lawton emergency responders executed a MEDEVAC rehearsal exercise Tuesday, Feb. 25, 2025. This training employed lessons learned from an earlier training exercise the battalion completed, while simultaneously helping the Lawton community partners with needed certifications.
