A U.S. Marine Corps MV-22 Osprey, attached to Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1) inserts Marines from Alpha Company, Marine Barracks Washington. into a Patrolling Exercise at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., March 11, 2025. Over the course of three days the Marines from Alpha Co. will implement their infantry training tactics by conducting land navigation, squad attacks, and squad patrols based on the exercise scenario. These training opportunities sharpen their technical and tactical skills as infantrymen and demonstrate the well-rounded nature of Marines across Marine Barracks Washington.
