Spc. Xiada Gray, a military police officer assigned to Law Enforcement Company, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 10th Mountain Division jumps into icy water during the Directorate of Emergency Services annual polar plunge at Remington Park on Fort Drum, New York, March 12, 2025. The event challenged Soldiers and civilians to push their limits while promoting the Officer Wellness and Peer Support Program. This team-building activity encouraged participants to embrace the challenges of their roles and raise awareness for the importance of mental and physical wellness. The program provided easy access to resources, services, and education for all Directorate of Emergency Services personnel, including first responders, physical security, dispatch, and criminal records staff.
