U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Allison Napoleon, an aircraft armament systems technician with the 169th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, loads munitions into an F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter jet after the completion of a sortie during Checkered Flag 25-1 at Tyndall Air Force Base, Florida, Oct. 24, 2024. Daily, munition loaders inspect and re-arm all weapon systems on strict timelines after each flight to ensure optimal performance during the exercise. Checkered Flag answers the Chief of Staff of the Air Force’s call by reorienting Air Combat Command focus on generating and presenting a ready force to combatant commanders.
