Retired Lt. Gen. and current CEO of LA28, Reynold Hoover, was the keynote speaker during the final evening of the three-day McDonald Conference of Leaders of Character (MCLC) on March 8 at the West Point Club.
The conference is considered a premier, transformative, short-duration leadership experience for emerging global student-leaders who unite with pre-eminent world-leaders to establish enduring partnerships. It is meant to inspire attendees with the understanding the importance of leadership and leading with character.
