    U.S. Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott Myers, Joint Task Force Civil Support intelligence specialist, inserts an equipment packing list into an envelope during an equipment load out exercise conducted here Mar. 20, 2013. The equipment load out ensures that JTF-CS is mission capable and ready to respond rapidly in the event of a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear incident in the homeland. JTF-CS provides command and control for Department of Defense CBRN response forces to assist local, state, federal and tribal partners in saving lives, preventing further injury and providing critical support to enable community recovery.
