Moulage is applied to a simulated casualty in preparation for a medical evacuation exercise on Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, March 1, 2025. Moulage was used in the training to create realistic injuries on simulated patients, allowing emergency response teams to practice assessment, treatment, and response skills during Coalition medical operations.
