Denver, Colo. (March 13, 2025) Commanding Officer Cmdr. Jamie VanDyke stands between Cmdr. Andrew Gerla, Executive Officer for Navy Talent Acquisition Group Rocky Mountain, and Capt. Tommy Edgeworth, Commanding Officer, Region West during a change of command ceremony held at the Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum. VanDyke relinquished command to Gerla. Navy Recruiting Command consists of a command headquarters, two Navy Recruiting Regions, and 26 Navy Talent Acquisition Groups that serve more than 815 recruiting stations worldwide. Their combined goal is to attract the highest quality candidates to assure the ongoing success of America’s Navy.
