A U.S. Air Force Airman assigned to the 51st Fighter Wing, applies a tourniquet to a simulated casualty during Freedom Shield 25 at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, Mar. 11, 2025. Tactical combat casualty care is a prehospital, acute-care response procedure that service members can use to render life-saving capabilities in contingency operation environments. During FS25, personnel across Seventh Air Force participated in large-scale, realistic training to strengthen interoperability, reinforce the ROK-U.S. combined defense posture, and increase combat readiness.
