GREAT LAKES, Illinois (March 14, 2025) Sailors from Naval Station Great Lakes (NSGL) tenant commands participate in oleoresin capsicum (OC) spray training for Auxiliary Security Forces (ASF) Academy held aboard NSGL, March 14. The ASF academy is a three week course that trains active duty service members to augment base security personnel during various contingencies, terrorist attacks, natural disasters, civil disturbances, exercises, and special events requiring heightened security.
