David McNair, of the Universal Technical Institute, explains BMW’s Military Service Technician Education Program to the North Carolina Secretary of the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, Jocelyn Mallette. The program provides Servicemembers transitioning to civilian life an intense 16-week training environment that leads to a year of employment at a BMW dealership upon graduation.
Secretary Mallette visited Fort Bragg on March 13, 2025, for a series of meetings aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the installation's servicemembers, their mission, and opportunities to partner to increase the effectiveness of the warfighters.
