Food trucks, named “The Culinary Outpost” are more and more common at Army installations and allow Soldiers to get quick and healthy meals when they don’t have time to go to warrior restaurants. Each truck is equipped with appliances like panini presses, air fryers and microwaves, and can serve between 200-300 Soldiers per meal three times a day.
