A Syrian partner force officer receives an award from U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Kevin Leahy, Combined Joint Task Force - Operations Inherent Resolve Commander in the Deconfliction Zone, Al-Tanf, Syria, on Feb. 11, 2025. The meeting was focused on highlighting the cooperation between the Syrian partner forces and the Coalition spanning the past nine years resulting in the defeat of ISIS.
