Stephen Jahn, information technology specialist assigned to Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Business Systems Center (BSC), receives the Navy Civilian Service Achievement Medal from Brian Zirbel, executive director, NAVSUP BSC, during a ceremony onboard Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg, March 19. Jahn received the award for his superior performance of duties while serving as Food Service Management and Retail Operations Management systems project manager from April to December 2024. NAVSUP BSC provides the Navy with information systems support through the design, development, and maintenance of systems in logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, and accounting and is one of 11 commands under Commander, NAVSUP.
