Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 15, volunteer to help a local soup kitchen as they clear brush and trash from their property. The thick brush allows the homeless a hiding spot to abuse drugs and alcohol. NMCB 15 is currently deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and is an expeditionary element of U.S. Naval Forces that act as combat engineers and support various units worldwide through national force readiness, humanitarian assistance, and building and maintaining infrastructure.
