A photo of a photo, but a memory of a legacy. Glenda Hutchison, a Natural Resource Specialist at Oologah Lake inspired her daughter to become follow in her footsteps. Hutchison was recognized as the Tulsa District Ranger of the year in 1991. This year, her daughter Randi, also Natural Resource Specialist at Oologah Lake received the Ranger of the Year honor for Tulsa District.
