Torffic Hassan, a Marine reservist with 6th Communications Battalion, take the Naturalization Oath of Allegiance March 22 during a Naturalization Ceremony at the Federal Hall National Memorial, here. Arteaga came to the United States from the Republic of Ecuador in 2005 and Hassan came four years ago from the Republic of Ghana in West Africa.
