The 63d Readiness Division staff conducted a Large-Scale Mobilization Operation (LSMO) Tabletop Exercise (TTX) on March 17-20, in Mountain View, Calif. This multi-day event focused on enhancing the Division’s ability to support rapid mobilization and deployment of Army Reserve forces when called upon.
Through scenario-based planning and collaboration, staff members defined, enhanced, and solidified their roles and responsibilities in executing LSMO, developed critical mobilization products, and refined processes essential to real-world operations. These exercises are vital for identifying gaps, improving coordination, and ensuring that when the mission comes—we are fully prepared.
Readiness doesn’t happen overnight—it’s built through deliberate planning, teamwork, and training like this. The 63d RD remains committed to supporting geographic programs and services that directly enhance individual and unit readiness, mobilization, and deployment across the Army Reserve.
