Leaders from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District and Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System, along with partners and supporters, gathered for a ceremonial groundbreaking on March 13, 2025, at the future site of the 120-bed Richard A. Pittman VA Clinic Community Living Center in Stockton, California. The center will provide vital services for elderly veterans and is expected to be completed in 2027 and operational in 2028.
